Mobility Access

All exhibition areas in the Upper Belvedere, Lower Belvedere, and Belvedere 21 are wheelchair accessible via lifts. Accessible restrooms are available at all locations. The main paths in the Baroque garden are paved and generally accessible, though some side paths are gravel.

Blind and Visually Impaired Visitors

The museum offers special "Seeing Differently" tactile tours that allow visitors to experience selected artworks through touch. Guide dogs are welcome in all areas of the museum.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Visitors

Video guides in Austrian Sign Language (ÖGS) and International Sign are available for deaf visitors, providing commentary on the collection's highlights.

Wheelchair Loan

Wheelchairs are available to borrow free of charge at the cloakrooms of all three museum locations. Availability is limited, so advance reservation is recommended.

Reduced Admission

Visitors with a valid disability card receive admission at a reduced rate. One accompanying person receives free admission if noted on the card.

Parking

While there is no dedicated visitor car park, designated parking spaces for people with disabilities are available on the public streets near the palace entrances.
